Ingredients:

-1 lb. medium shrimp
-1/2 teaspoons salt; ground black pepper
-1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
-1 cup flour
-1 teaspoon paprika
-2 beaten eggs
-1 cup panko crumbs
-1 quart vegetable oil for frying

Directions:

Place shrimp in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, and garlic. In another bowl, stir the flour and paprika. Place the eggs and panko crumbs into separate bowls too. Heat the oil in deep fryer to 375 degrees. Dip each shrimp into flour mix, then the egg, and finally the panko crumbs. Fry a few at a time until they are golden brown, which shouldn’t be longer than 5 minutes. Remove, plate, and serve.

-1 lb. large or jumbo peeled shrimp
-2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
-3/4 cup flour
-2 eggs
-1 cup panko crumbs
-1/2 cup flour
-vegetable oil

-1.5 lb. shrimp
-1/4 cup cornmeal
-3/4 flour
-2 teaspoons each garlic and onion powder
-1/2 to 1 teaspoons cayenne pepper

-3/4 cup buttermilk
-1 egg

Directions:

Heat oil to 375; in a bowl, combine cornmeal, flour, garlic and onion powders, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Mix buttermilk and eggs in a different bowl, then set aside. -2 cups milk
-1 egg
-1 tablespoon yellow mustard
-1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
-1 12 oz. package fish fry mix

-3 cups peanut, canola, or vegetable oil
-3 cloves minced garlic
-2 scallions, thinly sliced

-2 eggs beaten

Season shrimp with ½ teaspoon seafood seasoning and set aside. In a bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, 3 teaspoons seafood seasoning, garlic and onion powders, as well as cumin.
